Sessions kick off with the art of negotiation

Tenacious Zilliox starts off by calling herself a "semi-professional shopper, queen of the household and a mother of two." Doesn't that make her a target demographic? She knows it, saying we all negotiate all the time, every day.

Zilliox takes the crowded room through a detailed questionnaire, helping to identify how we negotiate each day and outlining strategies on how to actually do it right: success in persuasion.

"Here's the deal, ladies... and gentlemen... In business, as in life, you don't get what you deserve--you get what you negotiate." Speak up about yourself and your abilities. Promote yourself.

Negotiation is an art form, Zilliox says. Which, of course, makes complete sense to us.
