Join Fawn Germer and this panel of executive men to explore topics related to women’s advancement in the workplace from their unique vantage point. The panel will discuss best practices as it relates to advancing your career and your ‘brand,’ including effective communications, the role of mentors, managing ‘up’, getting exposure within your organization, and other important topics that will help guide women in managing their career interests.
This will be a great session for leaders and managers who coach and develop teams, as well as for women who are interested in improving their opportunities and creating the careers they desire. You are highly encouraged to bring men from your organization to engage in interactive discussion at your tables.
