The New York/Metro Regional Committee is proud to present an exciting new seminar on how to successfully balance a full career AND a full personal life.

Featuring Keynote Speaker Carolyn Kepcher of the hit NBC TV Show, The Apprentice!

Carolyn Kepcher is CEO of Carolyn & Co Media, an enterprise created for and by a career woman. Her company is aimed at women just graduating from college, looking to advance their careers, as well as those juggling challenges of everyday issues that arise in the workplace.

She is the author of the best-selling business book Carolyn 101, which landed at No. 2 on the New York Times best-sellers list, as well as writes a column for The New York Daily News: "Your Career," which addresses business, career and balance. She has appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show, Fox Business, Good Morning America, and the Today show to share her experiences and philosophies on woman, business and balance. Kepcher recently partnered with Yahoo! to help women entrepreneurs grow their business. She also partnered with Microsoft in the launch of new accounting software for individuals looking to start their own companies. In October 2008, Carolyn partnered with Avon to assist women in supplementing their income during tough economic times. Prior to launching Carolyn & Co. Media, Kepcher was EVP of the Trump Organization and Chief Operating Officer for Trump Golf Properties.
