Keynote speaker: Deborah Guyton, CEO and Founder of Vision Matters LLC
Deborah is a seasoned professional with experience in all major human resources areas, including diversity and cultural competence. In 2012, she completed a nine-month program through The Chamber of Commerce – Leadership Grand Rapids, preparing her to be a trustee of the city of Grand Rapids. In 2011, the national Society for Human Resources Management certified Deborah as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. (SPHR). Deborah is an alumni board member, minister and an international missionary who has served in Ghana, West Africa and Haiti.
