Cancellation and Refund/Transfer Policy
Full refunds will be available 10 business days prior to the event date. All requests for refunds must be made no later than Thursday, May 2. Click here to submit your formal request in writing.

Replacement requests made after Friday, May 10, will need to be made on site at the registration desk.
