Cancellation and Refund/Transfer Policy
Full refunds will be available 10 business days prior to the event date. All requests for REFUNDS must be made no later than Wednesday, October 23. Click here to submit your formal request in writing.

Any replacement requests after Friday, November 1 will need to be made on site at the registration desk.
