Executive Success: What Men Aren't Telling Women

Ever wonder what men talk to other men about in the boardroom and the bathroom?

The groundbreaking Catalyst report, "Women Take Care, Men Take Charge,” revealed how stereotyping can prevent women from advancing in the workplace.

Consultant, author and gender strategist Jeffery T. Halter will share what every professional woman needs to know to succeed.

In this unique and entertaining program, you’ll:

 Understand the "business case” for women as leaders
 See how men and women view leadership competencies differently
 Examine how performance, image and exposure play significant roles
 Learn how to engage men as sponsors and mentors of women’s
leadership and development

 Gain tools to navigate and advance your career
