Cancellation and refund/transfer policy
Full refunds are available 10 business days prior to the event date only. Please click here  to complete your electronic refund request no later than Wednesday, October 16. NOTE: Last-minute replacement requests made after Friday, October 25 will have to be made on site at the Check-in Desk the date of the event.
