Authentic Leadership, Finding Your Style

We’ll explore the societal and corporate masculine & feminine norms that govern our behaviors in leadership roles and how that impacts our effectiveness. Are we seen as “Too Tough” or “Not Tough Enough” and how does that translate to our ability to lead and gain promotions in the workplace? How do you walk the line? What advice can we give you in finding your Authentic Leadership Style? Those questions and more will be answered by a panel of esteemed industry leaders. If you are a leader, have aspirations to be a leader, or work for/with a leader, you don’t want to miss this event that will give you new insight into how to find success in your work environment.
