The highly decorated and widely respected Generals Hill and Halstead will share leadership and mentoring examples based on their military and business experiences.

James T. Hill - Retired U.S. Army General: Born in Dayton, Ohio, General Hill was commissioned into the infantry in 1968 after graduating from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX. He is a graduate of the Command and General Staff College and National War College, and holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management from Central Michigan University. General Hill's highly decorated military career spans over 36 years, traveling and working in 70 countries. Military assignments include Commanding General of the 25th Infantry Division and I Corps at Fort Lewis and Combatant Commander of U.S. Southern Command. General James T. Hill retired Four Star, is the President/Principal of the JT Hill Group, Inc., based in San Antonio, TX.
Becky Halstead, Retired U.S. Army Brigadier General: General Halstead was the first female graduate of West Point promoted to General Officer in the U.S. Army. She was also the first female in U.S. history to command in combat at the strategic level serving as senior Commanding General for Logistics in Iraq. General Halstead honorably served her country for 27 years, retiring as General Officer in 2008. She is currently inspiring and advising others through appearances as the founder of Steadfast Leadership.
