Averil is an author and executive coach. She is passionate about championing the cause to encourage more women to achieve their potential and move into senior positions. Through her forthright, pragmatic and humorous style she will take us on a journey exploring factors impacting women’s advancement to equality, best aspects of masculinity and the role of men in sponsoring women.
