Kimberly Clark's Catalyst Award for Women's Leadership Initiatives Panel 

Discussion will highlight the company’s recent success as a Catalyst award winner for their Women’s Leadership Development Initiatives. Conversation will include perspectives from Catalyst’s Martha Feedback regarding the overall award design and focus, information from Sue Sears on steps taken by KC to secure this award and what it means to Kimberly Clark to have been successful in winning, and feedback from Tina Busch on the implementation of these initiatives.
