Shift Happens!
Leading Compassionately Through Change

Change is the "new black." It's the rule in today's business environment, no longer the exception.

Join us, Thursday, February 5th from 5-8 pm for this member's only event. You may invite a colleague or friend to join you for our kickoff to NEW Denver's 2015 programs.

Meredith will provide practical knowledge and tools for leading others through periods of change successfully. How can you really get people on board with change? What are the stages teams will have to work through before they can fully embrace new initiatives? You'll learn about best practices, practical processes, and sound communication strategies for implementing and dealing with change with as few casualties as possible. The perfect start to 2015!
