The Health rEvolution: How to Eat, Move, & Improve Your Resiliency, Performance, and Health

What if, despite the ever-increasing demands of your professional and personal lives, you were able to eat healthy, have the time and energy to exercise, and bounce back more quickly to your career challenges? You would perform well in a demanding work environment, be the best possible version of yourself, and become healthier every day. Much of our physiological hard-wiring dates back thousands of years. The human body has not evolved to our twenty-first-century, stress-filled lifestyles and we’re paying the price - we’re dEvolving.

Well, it’s time for a rEvolution! The Health rEvolution taps into your evolutionary biology and teaches you how to work with your body to have better energy and improve your well-being in a way that is simple, realistic and sustainable. Show up to to work each day prepared to handle whatever your job throws your way.
