NWA Mentoring Kickoff 

Luncheon serves as the official “kick off” event for the revamped 2015 NWA Regional Mentoring Program, goals are as follows:

• Provide an overview of the program to initial participants
• Review goals, guidelines, and expectations of the program
• Initiate first meeting with matched Mentors/Mentees
• Networking opportunity for the Group

11:00am – 11:30am: Networking
• Group introductions / Ice breakers
• Find your match

11:30am – 12:30pm: Lunch and Content overview 
• Tools for a Successful Mentoring Relationship Lisa Faulkner
• Review mentoring Guidelines 
• Align on connect schedule and topics
• Set next meeting
• Mentoring Best Practices - past mentors and mentees

12:30pm 1:00pm: Mentoring Pairs connect time

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are available 10 business days prior to the event date. Click here to submit your formal cancellation request in writing by Thursday, May 7.

Transfer Policy

At any gathering, whether an informal or formal program, national or regional event, participants must abide by the Network of Executive Women antitrust policy.

Portions of this event may be photographed and videotaped for use by the Network of Executive Women in its sole discretion. Any and all attendees of the event may be videotaped and/or photographed while in attendance and attendees will not be compensated in any fashion for use of a videotape or photograph containing any attendee's image or likeness.

Mixers are informal consumer products and retail industry-related networking events sponsored by regional committees to promote networking and strengthen relationships within the committee members' professional circles. Mixers are open to NEW members and their friends who would like to connect with other professionals in the region. No solicitations please.
