Providing feedback in a genuine and engaging manner

Feedback is an important part of being a leader, both giving it and being open to receiving it. The Sept 10th webinar focuses on this critical competency. While the webinar speaks to how good feedback can inspire and poorly delivered feedback can be harmful as well as your role in effectively soliciting feedback, Harvey will share his experiences around giving and receiving feedback. He will also speak to how understanding Diversity can also play into how feedback is delivered or received. Harvey is a funny and engaging speaker and you won’t want to miss this opportunity to interact with this amazing industry leader.
