*Members are individuals who have registered online as part of their organization's national sponsorship of NEW, or individuals who have paid their annual dues.

Cancellation and refund policy
No refunds 10 business days before the event date. Last day to cancel to receive 100% refund is Friday, September 10.  If canceling before the no refund period you may send a substitute attendee in your place. Event registrations are transferrable before the no refund period. Name badges are transferable the day of the event at no charge.

Any cancellation and or registration transfer requests must be made via e-mail to the NEW event contact by Friday, September 10. Please note that while registration fees are transferable, annual memberships are not. If the original attendee is a member, the replacement attendee must be a member, or become a member, to receive the discounted registration.
