Improving your work/life balance
We are pleased to welcome as our special guest…psychologist, author and corporate consultant BARBARA McFARLAND!
Barbara is the co-founder of FlexLife™ -- an intensive program that focuses on behaviorally based life balance solutions and strategies for greater productivity and morale in life and work. And she is going to help US learn how to achieve greater balance as well.To take full advantage of what Barbara has to share with us on 3/10/16, we’re asking that everyone complete your own personal Life Balance Assessment prior to the meeting.
ACTION: If you want to improve your work/life balance (and who doesn’t?), all we ask is that you complete the assessment, print out your results and bring them to the meeting so Barbara can explain further explain the four quadrants and how you can improve your own balance.
