Self Defense Training Session
Come experience a special presentation of the Armored Self Defense training system; an interactive approach to self-defense that’s fun and energizing, while building safety and teamwork skills. The course is designed for any fitness or age and incorporates methods you’ll be able to immediately apply to your everyday life, while feeling safer and more prepared.
What Should I wear?
Because safety is important in every aspect of our lives, the system is designed for application regardless of clothing. For maximum movement, we recommend you bring comfortable clothes, but if you come directly from work you’ll get just as much benefit from the experience.
What Can I expect?
An action-packed set of demonstrations and application that will have you ready to interact and have a great time. You’ll experience five structured segments of learning and application that address the most common and impactful elements of self defense, complete with bridges that show how they translate to everyday life, and opportunities to try out the skills too! Followed by a bonus section that is completely participant-driven in content and focus.
Parking is available in the South Building parking lot in all areas except for those marked Reserved.
