Denver Fall Learning Event - Strengths in Leadership and Entrepreneurialism
What separates great leaders and managers from all the rest?
They actually have vastly different styles and backgrounds. Yet despite their differences, the great ones share one common trait: They don't hesitate to break virtually every rule held sacred by conventional wisdom. They don't believe that, with enough training, a person can achieve anything he sets his mind to. They don't try to help people overcome their weaknesses. And, yes, they even play favorites.
Join us, Tuesday, October 11th, as Todd Johnson, global channel leader, entrepreneurship and job creation at Gallup, leads a discussion of "First, Break All the Rules". Todd will integrate Gallup's practical tools like the Strengths Assessment and Engagement Reporting to demonstrate how we as leaders can use strengths to engage the teams around us. He will also include a discussion of entrepreneurialism and "intrepreneurs" in the workplace: what qualities are needed to engage teams to be entrepreneurial and more innovative in their thinking.
The first 100 people to register for the event will receive a free copy of the national best seller "First Break All the Rules"!
