Build Authentic Relationships Across Differences

The key to an organization's success is directly related to its ability to build authentic relationships that foster trust, transparency, and open communication. Yet many find this one of the most difficult challenges in the workplace. Differences across gender, racial, and ethnic backgrounds will be addressed during this interactive session.

During this session, you will learn to:

* Explore how to engage in courageous conversations when difficult feedback is given
* Candidly examine the unwritten rules which impact career development
* Understand the impact of the majority culture on success
* Learn how to reframe personal styles
