The key to an organization's success is directly related to its ability to build authentic relationships that foster trust, transparency, and open communication. Yet many find this one of the most difficult challenges in the workplace. Differences across gender, racial, and ethnic backgrounds will be addressed during this interactive session.

Bourgeois is the author of two leadership books, HER CORNER OFFICE : A Guide to Help Women Find a Place and a Voice in Corporate America 2nd Edition and THE HYBRID LEADER: Blending the Best of Male and Female Leadership Styles. She has also written articles & white papers, and contributes regularly to educational materials for corporations, associations, and trade groups.
