Being the CEO of Your Own Life

Using her Four R’s of leadership-relationships, reputation, results and resilience, Grace will share her tips and tools to be the CEO of your career. A former SVP of Talent for a Fortune 30 company, Grace will share insights into managing your career, the need to speak up, build your brand, understand executive presence, and leverage your strengths. You must live and work with intention. Even CEO’s need feedback so she’ll share important lessons on being open to the need to “course correct” along the way. All of us are faced with challenges and events beyond our control. She will also share insights into how to “Stop, drop and roll” because being the CEO of your life and career includes surviving and thriving in time of stress.
