Leading Through Transformation
It is often said that the only constant in life is change. This is certainly the case in our industry with changes in our retailer landscape, consumer preferences and shopping behaviors. Change is the new norm and as leaders, our success or failure can hinge upon how well we facilitate change and how well we help our teams adapt to and lead through change. In this session with Valerie Oswalt of Mondelēz International, you will hear how you can help foster a culture that allows colleagues to not only survive change but to flourish during times of uncertainty. “We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve the beauty.” ~ Maya Angelou
