Kim Zilliox has nearly 20 years of experience in leadership development, including executive coaching, training, sales and management development, and career counseling.
Zilliox is an expert in leadership effectiveness, talent development, team building, change management, employee engagement, culture and goal achievement. She helps leaders and teams at the nation’s top organizations to achieve the best and produce the highest possible results in today’s fast-changing business environment.
In addition to the Network of Executive Women, her current and past clients include Yahoo!, Google, Cisco, Intel, Apple and Barclay Global. She has successfully coached hundreds of executives and teams to unsurpassed results and has created and led experiential team building, leadership, change, culture, accountability, communication, emotional intelligence, and sales seminars across the country. She has spoken at conferences, universities and organizations across the country, including Cisco, Intel, Oracle. She creates and leads webinars for senior and emerging leaders through partner organizations with the Network of Executive Women and other organizations.
At Stanford University’s Positive Coaching Alliance, Zilliox managed the trainer organization and grew it by more than 200 percent. She led workshops that have helped more than 10,000 young athletes to improve performance, increase confidence and increase enjoyment. As a sales director at Frontier Communications, Zilliox coached sales representatives in the art of selling and how to reach tough goals. As a career counselor at Santa Clara University, she worked with hundreds of students in all elements of the career transition process.
Zilliox earned an MBA from University of California Irvine, an MA in counseling from Santa Clara University and a BA in psychology from University of California Santa Barbara. She is a Certified Coach by the Coaches Training Institute, and is qualified in leading personality tools, including the Birkman, DISC, Myers-Brigg, Lominger 360, StrengthsFinder and Strong Interest Inventory. She has been an advisor to California Career Development Association for Training and Development.
