NEW fosters internal and external networking so women can establish relationships and gain insights that help them succeed. With 20 regional groups in the U.S. and Canada, NEW can become your field-based business resource group. Planning and attending local events, women gain new confidence, develop leadership skills and establish strong mentoring relationships.

Events and engagement
Partners are eligible for national and regional leadership opportunities, speaking opportunities at national, regional and trade events, and invitations to the NEW Leadership Summit and invitation-only NEW Executive Leaders Forum.
The NEW Leadership Summit attracts more than 1,000 members at all levels. The NEW Executive Leaders Forum is an invitation-only event for senior executives from our sponsor companies.
NEW offers your employees exclusive member benefits, including online learning, attendance at national events, discount pricing on regional events, and leadership, mentoring and networking opportunities. Each membership includes access to webinars like our NEW Leadership Academy, Innovation You and Multigenerational Leadership Course; learning programs like NEW Career Accelerator workshops and the NEW Executive Institute; research and best practice reports; and access to our Community Directory and online tools. Every member gets an online profile to increase their visibility and expand their network.
NEW regions in 20 cities in the U.S. and Canada host more than 100 events each year. NEW members pay lower registration fees for our half-day learning and networking events, typically $100 or less. Regional mixers are free or have minimal fees. Nonmembers are welcome at most regional events.
