Network of Executive Women foundation sponsor Wal-Mart Inc. is bringing a delegation of 40 -- including more than 20 global leaders from 11 countries -- to the NEW Leadership Summit 2012, Oct. 22-23 in Dallas.
Along with its U.S.-based leaders, Walmart’s representatives will come to Dallas from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, China, Japan, India, South Africa, Mexico, Central America, the United Kingdom and Canada.
"Once again, NEW has assembled an outstanding program loaded with industry leaders, including Susan Chambers, chief people officer for Walmart,” said NEW Board Chair Michelle Gloeckler, senior vice president, home for Walmart US. "The value of networking and sharing globally will make all of the NEW Leadership Summit attendees better. We are more the same than different in the challenges we face in business.”
This year’s NEW Leadership Summit will include three keynote speakers; six workshops; three learning tracks for emerging leaders, mid-level leaders and senior executives; an all-store c-suite panel; a two-hour NEW Leadership Academy supersession; Regional Awards Gala; Summit luncheon; and much more.
