Colgate-Palmolive promotes NEW Ambassador Joanne Lauckner

Network of Executive Women Ambassador Joanne Lauckner has been promoted by Colgate-Palmolive to customer development director, Kroger. In her new role, Lauckner will be instrumental in driving mutually profitable growth and continued insight leadership at the food retailer.

Since 2010, Lauckner has been the customer marketing manager for Target Corporation, where she successfully led the Hispanic thought leadership initiative "Project 20/20.” Target deems Colgate a best-in-class Hispanic insights partner because of the initiative, the company said.

Lauckner joined Colgate in 2002, as the trade development manager supporting the Value Discount RE. In 2004, she was promoted to the Rite Aid national account manager, oral and home care and in 2007 was promoted to team leader for Rite Aid.  In 2008, she was promoted to team leader-commercial customer group and specialty sales, where she successfully delivered strong net sales and margin growth. 

Lauckner, who serves as college outreach chair for NEW Twin Cities, is a certified trainer for Developing our Customers and Fundamentals of Colgate Leadership. She received her bachelor’s degree from Misericordia University and her MBA from Pepperdine University.   

She will relocate to Cincinnati, Ohio, in 2013.
