One hundred women and men learned to increase their workplace performance and create work/life balance at the annual Women’s Leadership Forum, a collaboration between Network of Executive Women Pacific Northwest and Portland State University’s Food Leadership Center.

The Oct. 9, 2012 event at the Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront featured Mitzi Short, co-founder of the New Season Coaching & Consulting Group LLC. Participants learned ways to revolutionize their thinking and take their professional and personal life to the next level. The day’s agenda included a luncheon and after-event networking reception.

"This was a subject that touched every person here,” one attendee said. "It was interesting, informative and relevant.”

Executive coach Mitzi Short offered advice on improving workplace
performance at the NEW Pacific Northwest fall event.

Members participated in a creative-thinking activity at the event in Portland, Ore.
