Heineken USA, Hess Corporation and Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company have joined the Network of Executive Women as gold sponsors. These companies will help sustain the Network's programs, participate in national conferences and regional events and have access to the Network's career development and diversity and inclusion best practices tools.

"With their support, these organizations demonstrate their commitment to gender diversity and recognize the business benefits of advancing women to leadership roles,” said Nancy Krawczyk, NEW vice president of sales and marketing. "Each has programs to develop employees and leverage their talents and potential, regardless of gender. We will fully support their efforts to advance the right women to the right positions and help them further their strategic goals.”

Heineken will tap into NEW programs and resources and participate in national conferences and regional events, the company said. Additionally, the partnership will help expand access to career development, diversity and best practices tools.

"We are thrilled to partner with NEW,” said Julie Kinch, Heineken USA chief legal officer and co-founder of the Heineken Women’s Leadership Forum. "This sponsorship expands professional development opportunities for our employees and gives them access to a phenomenal leadership organization. We applaud NEW for successfully convening the leaders of today and helping to develop leaders of tomorrow.”

The Heineken Women’s Leadership Forum is reflective of the company’s steadfast commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment, providing a forum where women can unite, network and leverage best practices, Krawczyk noted.

"Heineken USA continues to demonstrate its commitment to inclusiveness and is a company that actively supports the professional advancement of all employees, including women,” Krawczyk said.

At Hess, management strives to attract, motivate and reward highly talented people who embrace their work with pride and passion. "We are committed to diversity and value each individual’s opinions,” the company said in a statement. "We are committed to frequent and open communication of information and ideas. At Hess, we want you to realize your full potential as you make valuable contributions to the company’s success. We are committed to providing every employee with opportunities, tools and resources to perform at a high level and help us achieve our goals.”
