Heineken, Hess and Wrigley join NEW as gold sponsors

Heineken USA, Hess Corporation and Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company have joined the Network of Executive Women as gold sponsors. These companies will help sustain the Network's programs, participate in national conferences and regional events and have access to the Network's career development and diversity and inclusion best practices tools.

 "With their support, these organizations demonstrate their commitment to gender diversity and recognize the business benefits of advancing women to leadership roles,” said Nancy Krawczyk, NEW vice president of sales and marketing. "Each has programs to develop employees and leverage their talents and potential, regardless of gender. We will fully support their efforts to advance the right women to the right positions and help them further their strategic goals.”

Heineken will tap into NEW programs and resources and participate in national conferences and regional events, the company said. Additionally, the partnership will help expand access to career development, diversity and best practices tools.

The Heineken Women’s Leadership Forum is reflective of the company’s steadfast commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment, providing a forum where women can unite, network and leverage best practices, Krawczyk noted.
