NEW leaders to offer career lessons at FMI Future Connect

Network of Executive Women Board member Marnette Perry of The Kroger Co., NEW member Stacy Pugh of Coca-Cola Refreshments, Andy Callahan of NEW sponsor Hillshire Brands Co. and Trudy Bourgeois of The Center for Workforce Excellence will offer career advice and share their personal experiences at FMI Future Connect, April 29 to May 3, 2013 in Orlando.

Perry, Kroger senior vice president, strategic initiatives and operations; Pugh, Coca-Cola Refreshments chief customer care officer; and Callahan, president of Hillshire Brands Co., will offer insights on navigating a career path, finding mentors, working effectively with others and making career choices during "Leadership Lessons from the C-Suite,” on May 1, 2013. The general session panel discussion will be moderated by NEW President and CEO Joan Toth.

Trudy Bourgeois, CEO and founder of The Center for Workforce Excellence and NEW Executive Leaders Forum conference designer, will be featured in an April 3, 2013 pre-conference webinar, "Diversity and Inclusion: Should It Be Managed or Led?” At Future Connect, Bourgeois will leading two sessions: an in-depth three-hour program on "Becoming the Architect of Your Career” on April 30 and a workshop on "Transforming from Manager to Leader” on May 1.
