The Network of Executive Women has launched a new website offering full details on this year’s NEW Executive Leaders Forum 2013, including a complete agenda, session descriptions, speaker bios and information about the Forum’s numerous special events.

The NEW Executive Leaders Forum, now in its seventh year, is the No. 1 senior women’s leadership event for the consumer products and retail industry. This year’s Forum will empower senior-level executives with real-world advice from top industry leaders, four headline speakers, nine Leadership Circles, a leadership roundtable, peer learning and networking. Nearly 300 senior-level executives from the consumer products and retail industry are expected to attend.

All General Sessions will be driven by the Forum’s theme, "Bold and Authentic Leadership,” and led by influential leaders and special guests. Mindy Grossman, CEO of HSN Inc., will address "How to Succeed by Being Yourself” and Laysha Ward, president of community relations for Target Corporation, will encourage attendees to "Lean In, Lean On, Lean Back: Bold Leadership Through Life’s Stages.” Muhtar Kent, Chairman and CEO of The Coca-Cola Company, will share his insights on women’s leadership and its impact on the global workforce in a special one-on-one conversation with Trudy Bourgeois, CEO and founder of The Center for Workforce Excellence. Activist and actress Geena Davis, Founder of The Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media, will provide the Forum’s closing keynote, addressing women’s fair share of leadership roles in front of and behind the camera.
