Author Molloy reveals five steps to life balance

affirmations and visualization will help women find balance in their
professional and personal lives, Tricia Molloy, author of "Working with Wisdom,”
told Network of Executive Women members participating in the "CRAVE Your Goals,”
action workshop at the NEW Leadership Summit, Oct. 23, 2013 in Los Angeles.
outlined five steps (acronym: CRAVE) to a happier, fuller life:
- Clean out
the clutter to create clarity and space needed to accomplish goals.
- Raise your
energy to maintain a positive attitude.
- Affirm success
to remind yourself what you know to be true and to counter negative messages.
- Express thanks
to focus on what’s going right and show appreciation to others for supporting
"So much of what I’m sharing is just reminding you,” Molloy said. "You were born
with this knowledge, but we get ‘caught up.’”

do unto you” – to the next level as well, by assessing personalities and
treating others as they would want to be treated.
