200 Network of Executive Women members learned to "disrupt the status quo” to spur
innovation and advance their careers at the NEW North Central Texas fall
networking event, Nov. 2013 at the Crowne Plaza in Addison, Texas.

members to disrupt their lives to reach their potential.
"Women are great
disruptors,” Johnson said, "[and] companies cannot disrupt unless the people

"If it feels scary and lonely, you are probably on the right track,” she said.

Leader Melody Orrantia of Top Down Consulting and the region’s receiving the Regional
Achievement Award for Excellence in Fundraising and Sponsorship at last
month’s NEW Leadership Summit.
