Christina Cole joins NEW regional support staff

Christina Cole, former associate director of chapter, member and university relations for the National Black MBA Association, has joined NEW as regional development manager. As part of the team that supports the Network’s 20 regions and 8,500 members, Cole will oversee the day-to-day operations of NEW regional groups, including officer and committee lead on-boarding, programming support and volunteer engagement.

She will report to NEW Vice President of Member and Regional Services Stephanie McFee. "Our regions are the backbone of the Network, ensuring every NEW member has access to life-changing learning events and networking opportunities,” McFee said. "Christina will strengthen and align our efforts to give NEW regional leaders and volunteers all of the tools and support they need at a local level to advance women’s careers in the retail and consumer goods industry.”

Cole has nearly 20 years of professional experience serving higher education and membership association institutions. Previously, she served in alumni affairs and student outreach roles at the University of Chicago and in membership marketing at the American College of Healthcare Executives.
