The Network of Executive Women has appointed Eileen M. Tarjan to the new post of learning manager. Tarjan will manage and help develop new and existing learning programs for NEW sponsors and members and report to NEW Vice President of Learning and Advisory Services Kathy Bayert.
The appointment is part of the Network’s strategic infrastructure expansion and is the organization’s fourth new hire this year: Robbie Solomon was appointed director of talent management insights and solutions earlier this month; Christina Cole was named regional development manager in March; and Erica Naranjo joined as business development specialist in February.
"Eileen’s experience implementing talent development programs will serve the Network well as we create valuable new learning events and bring them to members and sponsors in new formats,” Bayert said.
Tarjan will manage the Network’s webinars and programming and develop new programs and technologies to support the Network’s mission of advancing women and transforming organizations through education, leadership and business development.
Tarjan previously served as human resources manager and diversity and inclusion specialist at NCH Marketing Services Inc. She has also served as human resources coordinator for Property Casualty Insurers Association of America and for Forsythe Technology.
