relationships through powerful communication.

Beam, author of Take the
Lead: Full-Throttle Engagement Powered by Coaching, urged women to "slow down to
speed up” and advise them to take time to build relationships necessary for
success. "Communication is powerful,” she said. "Take the time to know yourself,
to grow yourself – and others, too.”
During the event, Kelley
presented NEW New England Co-Chair of Logistics Kim Richardson-Roach of Ahold
USA with the region’s Best of the Best Award for her work and dedication to
advancing women in the retail/consumer goods industry.
