Trish Lukasik of PepsiCo Inc. and Kim Sentovich of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. will serve as co-chairs of the NEW Executive Leaders Forum 2015, which will embrace the theme "Creative Disruption." More than 300 senior executives in the retail and consumer goods and services industry are expected to attend the invitation-only event, July 28-30 at the Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif.

"Trish and Kim have demonstrated the ability to transform teams and organizations," said NEW Forum designer Trudy Bourgeois, founder and CEO of The Center for Workforce Excellence. "They are forward thinkers and not afraid to disrupt to ensure they meet consumers' demands."

As senior vice president of PepsiCo warehouse sales, Lukasik leads the sales organization for a $10 billion portfolio of leading brands. During her 15-year career at PepsiCo, she has worked across business units, functions and international locations, including roles in manufacturing, worldwide operations and talent sourcing. In 2013, she joined The Committee of 200, an invitation-only organization of the world's most successful female business leaders.

Sentovich, senior vice president of Walmart's Pacific Division, is responsible for all operations in Alaska, Hawaii and California Walmart locations. She has more than 20 years of merchandising and operations experience in hard and softlines retailing, including executive roles at The Home Depot.

"These two women are pioneers in their own right, achieving senior executive status at two of the largest companies on the face of the planet. They believe in collaboration, innovation and creating the future, not wanting to watch the future unfold,” Bourgeois said.

Lukasik and Sentovich are passionate about bringing the next generation of women along the journey to gender equity in the workplace, Bourgeois added. "Trish and Kim recognize and value the contributions of all employees; they are committed to diversity and inclusion. They will, no doubt, serve as great guides and help to shape a NEW Forum experience that will be life changing."
