The Network of Executive Women has transformed its partnership and engagement team to better serve its 100 corporate partners and 9,000 members.

Reagan Lund has been promoted from national partnership manager to director of corporate partnerships. Lund joined the Network in April 2013 from Enactus, United States. Her promotion recognizes her success in growing NEW’s corporate partnership community and increasing member engagement.

In her new role, Lund will have top-line accountability, lead new business development efforts, manage partner relationships and deliver more value to the Network’s growing roster of corporate partners. "Reagan’s passion for our mission and her creativity make her a great business partner," said Vice President of Marketing & Corporate Partnerships Nancy Krawczyk. "She is committed to helping our partners maximize NEW resources to accelerate learning, develop leaders and equip them to navigate and drive change."

The communications department, led by Director of Communications & Engagement Rob Wray, has an expanded focus on engagement with new learning initiatives and staff to deliver the Network's transformation plan. "Rob will lead the communications and engagement group, because he recognizes the key to our success is two-way interaction with our members, corporate partners and the industry,” Krawczyk said.

The former group marketing director for Crain Communications, Wray has overseen the Network’s rapid rise in social media, storytelling, mobile media, content marketing and events apps since 2007. "Rob’s commitment and energy to the Network has been a driving force behind our transformation. He has worked tirelessly to build awareness of our new vision and mission and engage the industry in our movement," Krawczyk said.

Both executives will continue to report to Krawczyk. "These changes reflect the Network’s new mission, vision and Movement for workplace change. To achieve our bold new vision of 'a workplace with no limits,' we need executives like Lund and Wray who have talent, creativity and passion."

NEW, founded in 2001, is the largest women’s leadership organization serving the retail, consumer good and services industry. For more information on NEW and the "It’s Time" Movement for women’s leadership and workplace change visit
