NEW picks up four 2015 MarCom Awards

The Network's Annual Report received a Gold Award from the AMCP.
The Network of Executive
Women has won four honors in the 2015 MarCom Awards, the annual international
competition administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and
The Network's website,
Annual Report and "NEW, Inclusion and You" video each earned a Gold
Award, which recognizes outstanding achievement "exceeding industry standards
of quality, creativity and resourcefulness.” The Network’s "It's Time"
video received an Honorable Mention.
In September, the
Network’s "It’s Time” website received an
Outstanding Website Award from the Web Marketing Association, receiving
63 out of 70 possible points.
"These awards represent
a lot of hard work and dedication,” said Nancy Krawczyk, the Network’s vice
president for marketing and corporate partnership. "Not just from our marketing
staff and Board, but from the NEW leaders, partners and members who stepped up
to share their passion and tell their stories about women’s leadership in our
NEW Director of
Communications and Engagement Rob Wray said, "Outside recognition is great but
response from our industry is even more gratifying.” Wray cited the 60 percent
growth in NEW social media followers this year as proof that the Network's efforts are having an impact on the industry.
There were approximately
6,500 submissions from the United States, Canada and a dozen other countries in
this year’s MarCom competition, and all of the Network’s entries were recognized.
