Travis Bradberry, co-founder of TalentSmart, told more than 500 NEW members and
supporters at the NEW Northern California learning event, Oct. 23, 2015 at
Blackhawk Museum in Danville.

(EQ) has four parts: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and
relationships management, Bradberry said. EQ can increase your ability to
manage your behavior, navigate social complexities and make personal decisions that
achieve positive results.
