NEW Twin Cities fires up a health 'rEvolution'

more tips on nutrition and exercise," author and resiliency expert Jenny
Evans of PowerHouse Performance told more than 150 NEW members and friends at
the NEW Twin Cities fall learning event, Oct. 6, 2015 at Marriott Minneapolis
West. "The problem comes down to the environment."
The human body has not
evolved to our 21st-century, stress-filled lifestyles, said Evans who shared details
of her program, "The Health rEvolution," which taps into evolutionary
biology to improve well-being in a way that is simple, realistic and
sustainable for busy professionals.
