This year's NEW Leadership Forum takes place July 26-28 near Los Angeles.
More than 300 senior-level leaders are expected to attend the 10th anniversary NEW Executive Leaders Forum, July 26-28 at Terranea Resort near Los Angeles. This year's Forum, themed "Driving Equality," will underscore the importance of gender parity with appearances by industry leaders Cathy Engelbert of Deloitte LLP, Michelle Gloeckler of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and Julie Hamilton of The Coca-Cola Company and general sessions highlighting best practices for equality, diversity and inclusion.
The panel discussion, "Stand Together: Why Women Must Support Women," will explore the barriers women create for each other — and how those barriers can be torn down. Sharing insights on the topic will be NEW Board Member Dorria Ball of Global Ballance Group, Sabrina Wiewel of Hallmark Inc., Nicole Wright of Acosta Sales and Marketing and session moderator Peggy Hazard of Korn Ferry.
Senior executives will share what today’s emerging leaders want — and what they expect from the organizations they work for — during "Growing Business with Millennials." Offering personal experiences and professional perspectives will be Margie Arion of Acosta, Joe Hartsig of Walgreens Boots Alliance, Tracey Massey of Mars Chocolate North America, Gerarda Van Kirk of Accenture and Xavier Williams of AT&T.
The Forum is an invitation-only event for senior leaders, vice president-level and above. For more information on attending, contact your NEW Ambassador. Early-bird registration rate is $3,095 (until June 14); standard rate, $3,595.
