Three women from NEW Foundation

Suporia Anthony, smart

provides leadership insights for the business development arm of Kimberly-Clark’s
Intelligent Restroom beta launch and is a team member of the Future First

Sylvia Imm, sales capability team leader, was named Best Sales Mentor. She has
held leadership roles at Kimberly-Clark for 10 years, currently leading the West
Region of North America, developing key distributor and end user relationships.
Giving back has been a critical factor in Imm's success strategy. "Without
my mentors, I would not be where I am today," Imm said, "nor would I
have grown as a leader in order to be worthy of mentoring others."
Manager Michele L. Neher was named Best Woman in Field Sales. Neher oversees
customer development and acquisition efforts in Kimberly-Clark’s Partnership
A NEW Leadership Academy
webinar earlier this year, which asked the question, "What is your claim
to fame?" inspired her desire to be recognized for driving results "with
creativity and grace,” Neher said.
The Women in Sales
Awards program was created to bring a greater awareness of the need for gender
diversity in sales and in executive leadership teams, as well as help grow the
pipeline of sales talent. Awardees were honored at a gala June 23, 2016 at
InterContinental Chicago Hotel.
