Three executives from
NEW partner Kimberly-Clark have been honored with 2016 Women in Sales Awards
for North America: Suporia Anthony, smart solutions consultant; Sylvia Imm,
sales capability team leader; and Michele Neher, business development manager.
The Women in Sales
Awards, organized by Zars Media, celebrate the positive achievements of women
in sales roles and highlights their companies' leadership in diversity and inclusion.
Anthony, named Best
Woman in Inside Sales, considers her award a win for every woman in her
company. "It is a testament to Kimberly Clark's commitment to attracting,
developing and retaining talent," Anthony said of the honor, "and it
is especially heartfelt when that talent happens to be female."
Best Sales Mentor Award
winner Imm established the company's SkillMasters mentoring program, recognized
as a supporter of emerging talent as well as business. "The legacy of the
mentor and mentee network I've developed over the years is one of the true
accomplishments I look back on with pride," Imm said, adding that
"mentoring is a lifelong skill, one that never stops giving back to you,
and back to your community or organization."
Neher, honored as Best Woman in Field Sales, shared that a NEW Leadership
Academy webinar inspired her mantra for career success. "Creating an
Opportunity-Driven Career" prompted Neher to ask herself, "What is
your claim to fame?" Her aim: "exceed target every single time and do it
with creativity and grace."
"My sales career
has brought me so much joy and accomplishment and I can't wait for what the
future brings," Neher said.
