Multicultural conference will kick off national event calendar

The Network of Executive Women will kick off its 2010 national conference calendar with the NEW Multicultural Workforce Conference 2010, March 16 to March 18 at the W Victory Hotel in Dallas.

The conference, "Real Change: Embedding Diversity and Inclusion into Your Business DNA,” will focus on managing multicultural and multigenerational work teams, changing corporate culture and diversifying leadership ranks. The third annual event will include executive keynotes, best practice sharing, peer discussions, a CEO roundtable and advanced, intermediate and beginner workshops.

The Network’s Multicultural Workforce Conference is "designed for senior industry executives, line leaders, human resource and diversity/inclusion executives, emerging leaders and everyone interested in leveraging diversity and inclusion for business results, according to the Network.

Other 2010 events

The Network of Executive Women will hold two other national conferences and dozens of regional meetings in 2010.

The NEW Executive Leaders Forum 2010 will be held July 13 to July 15 at the Westin Stonebriar in Frisco, Texas. The invitation-only event is reserved for leaders at the vice president level and above.

The NEW Leadership Summit 2010, the Network’s largest event, will feature top industry speakers, workshops and networking opportunities Sept. 27 to Sept. 28 at The Westin Charlotte in Charlotte, N.C. Seven hundred executives from consumer products and retail companies are expected to attend.

In addition to its three national conferences, the Network will hold more than 30 regional events nationwide during 2010. The learning and networking events will be hosted by the Network’s 15 regional groups: The Carolinas, Chicago, Cincinnati Area, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Florida, Mid-Atlantic, New England, New York Metro, Northern California, Northwest Arkansas, Greater Philadelphia, Portland, Southern California, Twin Cities and Western Michigan.
