NEW unveils powerful lineup for Multicultural Workforce 2010

A powerful lineup of industry leaders and diversity experts will headline the NEW Multicultural Workforce Conference 2010, March 16 to March 18 at the W Victory Hotel in Dallas. Register by January 29 and save $200.

The third-annual diversity conference will feature keynotes by Walmart Chief Diversity Officer Cole Brown, Andrés Tapia, chief diversity officer of Hewitt Associates, and Andre Hughes, global managing director of Accenture’s Cisco Business Group.

A leadership roundtable – "The View from the C-Suite: Leveraging D&I to Win in the Marketplace” – will feature Cathy Green, chief operating officer of Food Lion; Don Knauss, chief executive officer of The Clorox Company; Michael Schlotman, chief financial officer of the Kroger Company; and James White, chief executive officer of Jamba Juice Company. Real change

The conference, "Real Change: Embedding Diversity and Inclusion into Your Business DNA,” will focus on managing multicultural and multigenerational work teams, changing corporate culture and diversifying leadership ranks. It will include advanced, intermediate and beginner workshops.

The Network’s Multicultural Workforce Conference is "designed for senior industry executives, line leaders, human resource and diversity/inclusion executives, emerging leaders and everyone interested in leveraging diversity and inclusion for business results,” according to the Network.
