Dave Dillon, chairman and CEO of The Kroger Co., and Joe DePinto, president and CEO of 7-Eleven Inc., will address the fourth annual Network of Executive Women Executive Leaders Forum July 13 to July 15 in Dallas. Other headline speakers at the invitation-only, senior-level event include Bill Simon, chief operating officer of Walmart Stores, and Lyn Heward, director of creation for Cirque du Soleil.

"The Forum is a rare opportunity for senior consumer products and retail industry executives to examine the leadership issues facing their organizations and themselves,” the Network announced. "This year’s Forum focuses on collaborative innovation – ways that companies and teams can work together to create profitable new products and processes.”

The 2010 Forum includes a leadership roundtable focused on gender diversity and three concurrent sessions: "Jumping the Curve: Becoming a Collaborative and Innovative Organization,” "Personal Sustainability: Innovating through Life’s Stages” and "Business Relationships: Adding Value through Collaborative Innovation.”

Early arrivers have the option of participating in a bonus Corporate Athlete Course developed and presented by the Human Performance Institute. The three-hour seminar is designed to help leaders to better manage their body, mind and spirit to gain maximum effectiveness in their lives and careers and will be led by Theresa Robinson, certified corporate trainer and coach. It will be held July 13 from 2 to 5 p.m. just prior to the Forum’s opening reception.

Attendance at the NEW Executive Leaders Forum is capped at 150 and limited by organization. Only executives at or above the vice president or equivalent level may attend. Please contact your Network Ambassador to request an invitation.
