NEW Forum will improve execs' vision July 19-21

More than 225 senior-level leaders will learn new strategies for
"making vision reality” at the fifth annual NEW Executive Leaders Forum, July
19 to 21, at the Terranea Resort near Los Angeles.
Invited senior leaders will learn how to bring personal and
organizational strategies to life; how successful leaders and organizations
develop their strategies; how to build and motivate a team that can win on any
playing field; and how to understand the needs of the market and delight
The group will hear from media mogul Arianna Huffington; Supervalu CEO Craig
Herkert; former PepsiCo executive Shauna Ryan King, vice president for finance
and business operations at Yale Univeristy; and best-selling business author
Sally Helgesen, among other headliners.
The Forum will include three concurrent sessions featuring
high-level cpg/retail executives that will outline ways to build consumer-savvy
teams, create market-driven strategies and execute with excellence. A
roundtable will explore the benefits of board service to women executives and
the companies they serve.
The Forum will open Tuesday afternoon July 19 with an experiential
learning workshop conducted by trainers and actors from the Second City Improv
Troupe. Members of the world-famous troupe will act out scenes from corporate
life and help participants craft solutions to the challenges presented.
