More than 225 senior-level leaders will learn new strategies for "making vision reality” at the fifth annual NEW Executive Leaders Forum, July 19 to 21, at the Terranea Resort near Los Angeles.

Invited senior leaders will learn how to bring personal and organizational strategies to life; how successful leaders and organizations develop their strategies; how to build and motivate a team that can win on any playing field; and how to understand the needs of the market and delight customers.

The group will hear from media mogul Arianna Huffington; Supervalu CEO Craig Herkert; former PepsiCo executive Shauna Ryan King, vice president for finance and business operations at Yale Univeristy; and best-selling business author Sally Helgesen, among other headliners.

The Forum will include three concurrent sessions featuring high-level cpg/retail executives that will outline ways to build consumer-savvy teams, create market-driven strategies and execute with excellence. A roundtable will explore the benefits of board service to women executives and the companies they serve.

The Forum will open Tuesday afternoon July 19 with an experiential learning workshop conducted by trainers and actors from the Second City Improv Troupe. Members of the world-famous troupe will act out scenes from corporate life and help participants craft solutions to the challenges presented.
