Network of Executive Women Board member Marie Quintana and NEW
members Teresa Chipps and Mirna Evans have been selected "2011 Top Hispanic
Women in Retail” by Hispanic Retail 360 magazine.
Quintana, senior vice president, multicultural sales, for PepsiCo;
Chipps, vice president, independent marketing and education for SUPERVALU; and
Evans, strategic sourcing manager, direct product for Delhaize America, will be
recognized in the December 2011 issue of Hispanic Retail 360. The three join
Alejandra Barron, senior manager, multicultural marketing for NEW gold sponsor
The Home Depot, and Marisol Guitierrez, general manager, distribution center
for Smart & Final, on the magazine’s inaugural "Top Hispanic Women in
Retail” list of five honorees.
"For the past several years, Hispanic Retail 360 magazine’s sister
publication, Progressive Grocer has paid tribute to the outstanding women in
the grocery industry through its Top Women in Grocery program,” said Don Longo,
editorial director for Stagnito Media and editor-in-chief of HR 360 magazine.
"This year, HR 360 magazine launches its own recognition for Hispanic women who
have emerged as leaders across all channels of retailing and among the leading
companies that service the retail industry.”
