NEW expands staff, promotes Krawczyk and McFee

The Network of Executive Women has promoted client services directors Nancy Krawczyk and Stephanie McFee and reorganized and expanded its staff. The changes are effective March 1, 2012.

Krawczyk, director of client services East, will assume the new role of vice president, sales and marketing. McFee, director of client services West, has been named vice president, member and regional services.

Krawczyk joined NEW in 2007 and sponsor revenue has doubled during her tenure. Under her leadership NEW has enjoyed a sponsor retention rate of 95 percent. She will head an expanded team focused on delivering value to NEW sponsors, strengthening customer relationships and communicating the Network’s message to its stakeholders and the industry. Communications Director Rob Wray will report to Krawczyk, along with a new sales development specialist.

McFee, who joined the Network in 2009, has been a key player in the expansion of the Network’s regions from 12 to 19 in less than three years. She has helped create new leadership opportunities on the Network’s regional committees and dramatically improved programming, processes and support for the Network’s 5,000 members and more than 400 regional committee members in the United States and Canada. McFee will head the Network’s member and regional services group, which will support the Network’s regions, serve members and manage database activities. Reporting to McFee will be Anna Duran Martinez, member and regional services advocate; Lauren Martinez, registration specialist; and a new database technology specialist.

"As NEW continues to grow, these positions reflect our continued commitment to providing our members and sponsors with value and service,” said NEW President and CEO Joan Toth. "Nancy will ensure that our 72 sponsors receive maximum return on their investment. Stephanie will focus on supporting our 19 regional groups and more than 5,000 members, the bedrock of the organization.”

The new support structure is just one of the Network’s recent initiatives. In April 2012, the Network will launch NEW D&IQTM, a diversity diagnostic tool that will help NEW sponsors measure their diversity and inclusion strengths and opportunities. The Network also will launch NEW 2020, a comprehensive strategic study that will enable NEW to design programs to better serve members and sponsors in the decade ahead. The Network named industry veteran Kathy Bayert to the new position of director learning and advisory services in November 2011.
